Shweta is a certified Classical Hatha Yoga teacher, trained 1750+ hours under Sadhguru Gurukulam, at Isha Yoga Centre, Coimbatore, India. She is a full-time teacher, a part-time volunteer at Isha Foundation and an Ex- Engineer.

Get a chance to recieve Hatha yoga practices like Yogasanas,Bhuta Shuddhi, Surya Kriya, which are structured and designed by Sadhguru,and transmitted by a classical hatha yoga teacher.

Mountain Walks

Explore the beautiful valleys and the foot hills with breathtaking views of Dhauladhar mountains. Guided walks, silent walks, barefoot walks, specially curated for reconnecting with the soil and nature.

Vegan / Vegetarian meals

Freshly prepared everyday meals with locally grown vegetables and fruits. Plant based high pranic vegan diet supportive for yogic practices.

*Usage of ghee and honey in some dishes.
